We guarantee every placement. Should a TSP placement depart within the first 12 months, a replacement search will be completed at our cost.

Our Process

Meeting with you and your team to understand your needs, mission, goals and strategies.

Extensive consulting with you to craft and confirm a precise position description and a summary of the technical and behavioural attributes which the best fit candidates should possess.

Developing a plan of action for the search incorporating our proprietary database of candidates, as well as exhaustive research and referral methods.

Implementing a screening process encompassing an analysis of candidates, previous job performance, examination of education/training, and consultation with references.

Presenting successful candidates to you and your team. First, through a verbal discussion of the attributes of the candidates relative to the position requirements and then by way of their resume

Maintaining communication with you at regular intervals throughout the entirety of our involvement. This contact occurs not only before the search has begun and during its progression, but is sustained, with your cooperation, following the placement of the candidate.
